- Registration at the RAM Center Main Lodge: Check-in, cabin assignment, resolve any payments due and pick up event packet.
- Unload your belongings in your cabin, get familiar with its layout, and get settled in your room.
- Head back to the RAM Center, visit old friends, and meet new ones!

Board meeting for elections. Optional: only board members are required to attend.

- Get Acquainted with your guide, find and try out any rented ski equipment, catch up with old friends, meet new friends.
- More pizza and bonfire at RAM Center.
- Get a good night's sleep before the skiing begins Saturday morning.
